What a great end to a great week!  Catholic Schools' Week ended with a busy weekend for Wauwatosa Catholic School families and friends.  (This is a long post, so be sure to scroll to the end to catch everything.)

On Saturday, there was not a pair of skates in the house, literally, at the Abby Bunzel Skate Night.

Special thanks to Bunzel's Old Fashioned Meat Market and Catering and Leff's Lucky Town.  Thank you to all the families from St. Jude, St. Bernard, and St. Pius X who came out and enjoyed, ate, bid, volunteered, and skated.  Thank you to Karen Manning for your tireless dedication to kids.

On Sunday, All-School Mass was a delight at St. Pius X at 10 am with a packed house and fellowship that followed.

Students carried canvas collages to the alter depicting activities and events at Wauwatosa Catholic School.  The canvases created a massive piece of artwork.

What are our students saying about Wauwatosa Catholic?

"I feel like my fellow students and I are at the starting point of an amazing school.  At my old school we were never able to take Spanish.  We are learning about the IB learner profile and how to become knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, risk-takers, balanced, open-minded, reflective, and caring."  ~ Maddy

"It is not hard for me to do homework because the teacher explains the work very well and we do a lot of activities that make learning fun.  If I need extra help, my teacher is always there for me. " ~Dylan

"Teachers make you try your best.  We study about God, and we work on projects to help others."  ~Brianna
