Dome's Rainforest Night Thurs. Oct. 8

If you and your kids have not yet experienced "Rainforest Night" at the Domes, then this is an evening event that comes only once a year,  I would highly recommend.  Make sure your child brings a flashlight so he or she can use it during the tour through the Tropical Dome and learn about plants that sustain us on earth.  Let's face it, there would be no chocolate  (or vanilla) without the rainforests.  But we rely on them for much more than that.  Also included in the night's activities will be live music provided by KT's Universal Love Band along with free taste samples and chances to see exotic birds, insects, amphibians and reptiles up close if you want.  Lots of neat natural stuff in the beautifully restored and magically lit Domes.  Rainforest Night at the Domes is a great value and worth much more than the general admission fee $6.50 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-17.   Five stars.
