Bartolotta Restaurants has unveiled the names of the three restaurants it plans to open at The Mayfair Collection this summer.

ABV Social, Taqueria El Jefe and Cafe Grace will be the names of the new pub/tavern, taco restaurant and French bistro, respectively, according to Kelly Mallegni, marketing manager for the restaurant group.

The new eateries are owned by Phoenix Development Partners, which hired Bartolotta Restaurants to run them, Joe Bartolotta, co-owner of Bartolotta Restaurants, has said.

Bartolotta Restaurants operates nearly a dozen casual dining, fine dining and supper club-style eating out options in the Milwaukee area.

The three new eateries are expected to open sometime this summer at the shopping center, located north of Burleigh Street, just east of Highway 45 in Wauwatosa. The date is later than a previous prediction that pinpointed April 2016 as the grand opening.

Bartolotta has said the three restaurants will make up a 17,000-square-foot, triple-concept theme. All three establishments will share a central kitchen, while each will have its own service line. Multiple restaurants feeding off the same kitchen is a new idea to Bartolotta, but he has said it can boost efficiency and product utilization.

The French cafe will be the most upscale of all the restaurant concepts and the taco restaurant will be "chef-inspired," Bartolotta has said.

The tavern will feature an urban sports bar theme with a "heavy beer program," he said. About 30 beers will be on tap at all times, and an exposed keg room will be located inside. The food program will be an eclectic mix of sports bar-themed menu items with a special twist.

Additionally, outdoor areas featuring a cornhole toss league (like bean bag toss), mini beer festivals and entertainment will be available during the warmer months at the tavern-concept restaurant.

Osgood's — the first of the four dining options operated by Bartolotta Restaurants at the Mayfair Collection — opened to customers in November. That restaurant features a drive-through, fast-casual dining experience.

Bartolotta opened his first restaurant, Ristorante Bartolotta, with his brother, Paul, in the Village of Wauwatosa in 1993.
