The Wauwatosa East boys track and field team finished eighth (24 points) in the 15-team Wangerin Invitational on March 22 at Whitefish Bay.
Marquez Green won the 1,600-meter run in 4 minutes, 52.87 seconds, and Jermaine Copeland finished third in the shot put in 47 feet, 11/2 inches, the top finishers for the Red Raiders.
Nathan Green finished fifth in the 1,600 (4:57.11), Tayison Crape was fifth in the 55 hurdles (8.51) and the 4x160 relay finished fifth (1:20.80).
Finishing sixth were the 4x400 relay (3:58.40) and the 4x800 relay (9:22.88).
Names were not provided for the relays.
