The Wauwatosa School Board will convene into executive session Wednesday, April 6 to discuss the possible expulsion of a student from the school district.
According to a meeting notice from the superintendent's office, board members will meet at 7 p.m. in Conference Room C of the Fisher Building, 12121 W. North Ave. The board will announce the purpose of the meeting before it conducts a hearing in executive session.
The notice did not identify the affected pupil nor the reason for the expulsion.
School Board President Mary Jo Randall said board members will not know anything about the possible expulsion — including the student's name — until the hearing.
Superintendent Phil Ertl was out of the office Friday. March 28 - April 1 marked the district's spring break.
