A restaurant in Wauwatosa received some national attention Tuesday morning.

Presidential candidate Donald Trump was interviewed by weekday morning news show Fox & Friends as he sat at a George Webb restaurant, 12201 W. North Ave.

Trump spoke with show hosts live about poll results, balancing work and family and competitors as diners watched on in the background.

"I have so many friends in Wisconsin," Trump said. "This has been so much fun for me. I've been here and I stay here. My hotel, I said I don't want a fancy hotel, I want it to be clean. The hotel is immaculate, so I'm very happy about it, which doesn't surprise me, coming out of Wisconsin."

The restaurant is located across the street from the Wauwatosa School District offices. Superintendent Phil Ertl tweeted a photo of the commotion around 8 a.m. Tuesday.

"Donald Trump having breakfast at Webbs this morning across from our District office," the tweet said, with the hashtag, #noparking added.
