According to unofficial results from the city of Wauwatosa, write-in candidate Kelly K. Rifelj won the District 6 seat on the city's common council.
Rifelj received 131 votes Tuesday, beating out opponent Craig Wentzel, who received 109 votes. Both candidates were write-ins.
Election outcomes are subject to change, said City Clerk Carla Ledesma. Approximately 3,800 absentee values were issued and they still needed to be counted as of late Tuesday night.
