Wauwatosa West senior track and field star Azya McLin will attend Indiana State University in the fall, the talented senior announced.
"I am very excited to say that I have committed to Indiana State University," McLin said. This was a hard decision for me to make, but I know ISU is the place for me. I am beyond blessed to be able to run at the college level and compete. This entire process has truly been a blessing for me, and I am excited to see what's next."
McLin has placed at state and is currently part of the defending state 4x100-meter relay. She also qualified in the 4x200 relay, which placed second on the girls high school track and field honor roll. She also qualified in the 100 dash.
"She is an extremely talented athlete and an even more of an amazing person, inside and out," West sprints coach Kaya Senaya said.
