Blue Wave, a locally-owned swimwear shop, will open soon at Mayfair on the main level, in the space where Callister's Christmas store operated during the holidays.

On the second level, a number of retailers on short-term leases are moving around, to fill vacant space and to make way for a new Kids Footlocker store.

Viktor/Viktoria, a clothing store that has been at Mayfair for years, is moving to the former Pottery Barn Kids space. 98th Street, a children's clothing store, moves to the old Libby Lu space.
