An 81,902-square-foot office building at 3333 N. Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa, has been sold by its court-appointed receiver to a Chicago-area real estate investment group for $5 million, according to documents filed with the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds.
The building was sold by the receiver for Leisure Investments Inc. to 3333 Mayfair LLC.
Leisure Investments, which was led by John Vallone, of West Bend, bought the building in 2005 for $6 million, according to city assessment records.
