Noelle Simatic and Sean Garster were married June 27, 2009, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Madison.

Parents of the bride are Roland and Debbie Simatic of Greenfield. Parents of the groom are Mark and Irene Garster of Maple Grove, Minn.

The Rev. Patrick Norris officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by an English-themed reception at Sweet Sophie's in Waunakee, complete with a double-decker bus.

The bride wore an ivory, strapless silk satin gown by Enzoani. She carried a jewel-toned floral bouquet.

Maid of honor was Phoebe Stinson of Walnut Creek, Calif. Matron of honor was Kristen Cruz of Greenfield. Bridesmaids were Colleen Peterson of Seattle and Ashley Lienhardt of Madison.

Best men were Steve Raines of Madison and Prem Padhye of Maple Grove. Groomsmen were Tim Hawkinson of Hopkins, Minn., and Sejin Im of Indianapolis.

Flower girls were Kalina and Alyssa Cruz, nieces of the bride.

The bride earned her bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering and her master's degree in population health science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a medical student at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

The groom earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at UW-Madison. The groom is a mechanical engineer at Engineered Pump Services in Mukwonago.

The couple honeymooned in the Cayman Islands. They reside in Wauwatosa.
