ROBBERY

1Three people were arrested for robbing Kmart, 3201 N. Mayfair Road, at 8:18 p.m. Dec. 23. Two men ran in with scarves over their faces. One pointed a gun at a cashier and yelled to open the cash register while the other grabbed the money. A person followed the getaway vehicle, which the third person was driving, to an alleyway, and police found the three in a nearby apartment.

2A man robbed RadioShack, 6407 W. North Ave., at 6:35 p.m. Dec. 24. He pulled an employee to the back room and told him to open the safe, counting down and saying that when he got to zero he'd kill the employee. He hit the employee. While he said he had a gun, he never showed one. The amount of money taken was not disclosed.

BURGLARY

3A toilet was removed and copper pipe taken from a vacant home in the 4000 block of North 99th Street between noon Dec. 10 and 9:30 a.m. Dec. 16. Loss is estimated at $2,500.

4Jewelry was taken from a home in the 10200 block of West Park Ridge Avenue was between 8 a.m. Dec. 11 and 5:50 p.m. Dec. 15. The homeowners had not taken tally of all the missing items at the time of the report. The home was entered via a side window and ransacked.

5Jewelry valued at $2,675 was taken from an apartment in the 10200 block of West Bluemound Road between Dec. 15 and Dec. 21. There were no signs of forced entry.

6Two televisions, a Wii video game system, 25 video games, a cellphone, a hand-held game system and a DVD player were taken from a home in the 2400 block of North 73rd Street between 7:15 a.m. and 8 p.m. Dec. 16. Loss is estimated at $1,920. The home's door was pried open.

7OneMain Financial, 2711 N. Mayfair Road, was entered and rummaged through between 7:30 p.m. Dec. 17 and 8:30 a.m. Dec. 18. There were no signs of forced entry and employees believe they may have left the door unlocked. Nothing was taken.

8Two laptop computers were taken from a home in the 2400 block of North 63rd Street between 1 and 4:10 p.m. Dec. 21. Loss is estimated at $1,200. A door window was broken to gain entry.

9Jewelry was taken from a home in the 10300 block of West Park Ridge Avenue between 5:30 p.m. Dec. 23 and 9:45 p.m. Dec. 26. Loss is estimated at $1,360. The patio door was pried open to gain entry.

10Between 43 and 49 bottles of hair product and all the cash from a money drawer were taken from Salon Mayfair, 10701 W. North Ave., between 8:30 p.m. Dec. 26 and 9:30 a.m. Dec. 27. The salon's door was pried open to gain entry. Loss is estimated at $2,260.

11Two cash drawers and a cabinet containing change were taken from Indian Groceries & Spices, 10701 W. North Ave., between 8:30 p.m. Dec. 26 and 9:30 a.m. Dec. 27. None of the doors or windows were damaged in the burglary.

12Four laptop computers and a music player were taken from a home in the 6300 block of West Loyd Street between 11:15 a.m. and 12:25 p.m. Jan. 1. A window was broken to gain entry. Loss is estimated at $3,000.

THEFT

13A man's credit cards were used to make $2,306 in fraudulent purchases between 3 and 6 p.m. Nov. 26. Most purchases were made at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

14An employee of Tushaus Computer Services, 10400 Innovation Drive, called police after noticing three fraudulent orders for hard drives from Magnetek Inc. from Dec. 2 through Dec. 20. The orders amounted to $113,000 and were shipped to Florida, Pennsylvania and New York. The employee was told by Magnetek officials that the company had not placed any orders.

15A cellphone was taken from a women's bathroom at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 10. Loss is estimated at $700.

16A man's credit card was stolen from a gym locker at Wisconsin Athletic Club, 8700 Watertown Plank Road, between 5 and 5:45 p.m. Dec. 14. The card was used to make a fraudulent purchase at a Pick 'n Save.

17Two envelopes containing money and a CD player were taken from a truck in the 2500 block of North 69th Street between 3 and 8 a.m. Dec. 15.

18A license plate was stolen from a vehicle at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, between 11 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. Dec. 15.

19An employee was arrested for stealing $590 in cash and items from Crate & Barrel, 2450 N. Mayfair Road, between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Dec. 15.

20A male and female were arrested for taking perfume, clothing and a water filter from Kmart, 3201 N. Mayfair Road, at 6:24 p.m. Dec. 15. The woman was released after she and a security guard told police the man forced her to take the $210 in merchandise.

21Two people were arrested for taking a dress, a jacket and two pair of jogging pants from Macy's at Mayfair, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 7:22 p.m. Dec. 15. Their names, ages, sex and community of residence were redacted from the report.

22A cellphone was taken from a student after she left it in an unattended coat in a classroom at Wauwatosa East High School, 7500 Milwaukee Ave., between 8 and 10:54 a.m. Dec. 16. Loss is estimated at $125.

23An employee of Pastoral Counseling Services, 2825 N. Mayfair Road, admitted to using a company credit card to make $1,000 in personal purchases at 10:22 a.m. Dec. 16. She didn't respond to followup calls made by police.

24Five power tools were taken from an unlocked van at The Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St., between noon and 12:30 p.m. Dec. 16. Loss is estimated at $660.

25A brief case containing a laptop computer, tablet computer, checks and work papers was taken from a truck parked at The Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St., between 12:40 and 12:45 p.m. Dec. 16. There were no signs of forced entry. Loss is estimated at $1,700.

26A woman stole a comforter, coffeemaker, garbage can and sheets from Target, 3900 N. 124th St., at 2:39 p.m. Dec. 16. Loss is estimated at $249.

27A man's credit card was used to make $700 in purchases Dec. 14. Multiple purchases were made at stores at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

28A window was smashed and two purses were taken at Life Navigators, 7203 W. Center St., at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 16. One of the purses contained a cellphone and wallet. Loss is estimated at more than $640.

29An iPod Touch was taken from a gym locker at Wauwatosa East High School, 7500 Milwaukee Ave., between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. Dec. 17. The student said he was in a hurry and didn't lock the locker. Loss is estimated at $300.

30A boy stole a cellphone from a student at Wauwatosa East High School, 7500 Milwaukee Ave., at 9:58 a.m. Dec. 17. Loss is estimated at $280.

31A coat, cellphone, keys and checks were taken from a locker being used by a man exercising at the YMCA, 2420 N. 124th St., at 4 p.m. Dec. 17. The man lost the key, which he believes was used to open the locker. Loss is estimated at $100.

32A hat was taken from a boy's head while he was waiting for a bus at Wauwatosa and Milwaukee avenues at 7:56 p.m. Dec. 17. Two men asked him to let them use his cellphone, and while he was putting the phone away, one of them snatched his hat, valued at $100, and ran off.

33A man stayed at the Extended Stay Hotel, 11121 W. North Ave., from Dec. 18 to Dec. 22 without paying. He racked up a bill for $317 and, although employees locked his hotel door, took all his belongings from the hotel before leaving.

34A 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier was stolen from a driveway in the 2300 block of North 68th Street between 8:15 and 8:25 a.m. Dec. 18. The vehicle, estimated at $1,500, was taken while it was left to warm.

35Multiple Christmas cards containing cash were taken from a resident of Oak Park Place, 1621 Rivers Bend Drive, between 12:34 and 12:57 p.m. Dec. 18. Police are following up with video surveillance footage.

36Cash and a pay card were taken from the purse of an employee of Kmart, 3201 N. Mayfair Road, between 4 and 6:30 p.m. Dec. 18. The purse was left unsecured in the break room.

37A military backpack and tote bag were taken from a vehicle at City Hall, 7725 W. North Ave., between 7:40 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Dec. 19. The bags contained a first aid kit, blankets and exercise clothing. Loss is estimated at $335. The vehicle's window was smashed.

38A laptop computer was taken from a vehicle at Mo's Irish Pub, 10842 W. Bluemound Road, between 11:45 a.m. and 1:16 p.m. Dec. 19. The vehicle's side window was smashed. Loss is estimated at $1,000.

39A man tried taking a grocery cart filled with $422 worth of beer, liquor, soda and other merchandise from Pick 'n Save, 6950 W. State St., at 11:08 a.m. Dec. 21.

40A van was stolen from the 10000 block of West Courtland Avenue between 2:15 and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 21. A neighbor said he saw a small black car pull up to the van. Police found the car, which was also stolen, in a nearby alley.

41A girl was arrested for taking 10 clothing items, a value of $196, from Zumiez at Mayfair, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 5:16 p.m. Dec. 21. She said she wanted the items to give as presents to family members.

42A male was arrested for taking three controllers and a power cord, a $250 value, from Best Buy, 2421 N. Mayfair Road, at 1:39 p.m. Dec. 22.

43A boy was arrested for taking a $148 pair of jeans from Buckle at Mayfair, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 5:31 p.m. Dec. 22.

44A woman was arrested for taking eight clothing items from Macy's at Mayfair, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 6:16 p.m. Dec. 22. She had help from a male in taking the $202 worth of merchandise, but he wasn't found.

45A female was arrested for taking $210 worth of clothing items from Macy's at Mayfair, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 3 p.m. Dec. 23. She said she took the six clothing items for her two children.

46A cellphone was taken from a male while he was shopping at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 3:38 p.m. Dec. 23.

47Power tools and accessories were taken from the unlocked compartment of a truck at The Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St., between 4:25 and 4:38 p.m. Dec. 23. Loss is estimated at $1,890.

48A male was arrested for taking two video games, a $120 value, from Best Buy, 2421 N. Mayfair Road, at 9:13 p.m. Dec. 23.

49A license plate was taken off a truck at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, between 1:30 and 5:30 p.m. Dec. 24.

50Two wheels were taken off a car at Unity West Church, 4750 N. Mayfair Road, between 6 p.m. Dec. 24 and 8 a.m. Dec. 25. Loss is estimated at $500.

51A deposit envelope containing cash was taken from the Bartolotta Restaurant kiosk at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 6 p.m. Dec. 24.

52A cellphone and a wallet containing identification cards and credit cards were taken from a locker at the YMCA, 2420 N. 124th St., between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Dec. 26. The victim left the key in the lock. Loss is estimated at more than $225.

53A female was arrested for taking $394 worth of clothing from Macy's at Mayfair, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 5:51 p.m. Dec. 26. She took seven T-shirts and a bracelet.

54A car was stolen from a home in the 9400 block of West Palmetto Avenue between 10 p.m. Dec. 26 and 6:15 a.m. Dec. 27.

55Mail was taken from a desk in an office building at 12201 W. Burleigh St. between 11:30 a.m. Dec. 27 and 8:45 a.m. Dec. 28. The mail contained client checks of up to $48,000.

56A license plate was taken from a vehicle at Walgreen's, 6600 W. State St., between 5:20 and 6:10 p.m. Dec. 28.

57A pistol was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 11300 block of West Center Street between 6:30 a.m. Dec. 29 and 9 a.m. Dec. 30. Loss is estimated at $400.

58A man took $200 worth of razors from Walgreen's, 2656 Wauwatosa Ave., at 1:39 p.m. Dec. 29.
