July 30, 2014

Burglary

1An unknown suspect cut the screen to a woman's bedroom window and burglarized her home in the 10500 block of West Grantosa Drive at 8:45 p.m. July 20. Nothing was reportedly stolen.

2An unknown suspect burglarized a home in the 4500 block of North 103rd Street between 4 p.m. July 20 and 11 a.m. July 21. Electronics and games were stolen. Entry was gained through an ajar side door.

3Unknown suspects forced open a man's overhead garage door and stole two bicycles and a lawn trimmer between 6:30 p.m. July 18 and 6:45 a.m. July 22 in the 2300 block of North 60th St.

4An unknown suspect smashed a window on the west side of a house in the 2700 block of North 73rd Street to gain entry and steal jewelry and electronics between 7:45 and 9:46 a.m. July 23.

5An unknown person stole personal property from an unlocked garage between 7 p.m. July 22 and 7 a.m. July 23 in the 7400 block of Harwood Ave.

6An unknown suspect entered a man's residence in the 500 block of North 106th Street and stole money from his table.

7Two unknown male suspects attempted to burglarize Hall Automotive, 11011 W. North Ave., at 6:54 p.m. July 25. They were last seen fleeing the scene in a black BMW on West North Avenue.

Theft

8A man and woman stole more than $224 worth of T-shirts from Saks Off Fifth, 11500 W. Burleigh St., at 1 p.m. July 20.

9A man was arrested for retail theft at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, at 11:05 p.m. July 22.

10A man's gas grill was stolen from the side of his garage in the 9300 block of West North Avenue at 7:06 p.m. July 22.

11Two suspects stole ten pairs of True Religion jeans, valued at $1,500, from Saks Off Fifth, 11500 W. Burleigh St., around 12 p.m. July 23.

12A woman was arrested for retail theft at Macy's inside Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 1:35 p.m. July 23.

13Two women were arrested for being occupants in a stolen vehicle through the city of Milwaukee at Mayfair Road and West Burleigh Street at 1:20 p.m. July 24.

14A woman reported her tan, 2000 Buick LeSabre was stolen from the parking lot in the 2500 block of North 124th Street between 7 p.m. July 24 and 4 a.m. July 25.

15Loose change was stolen from unlocked vehicles parked in the 6800 block of Maple Terrace between 11 p.m. July 24 and 5:30 a.m. July 25.

16Loose change was stolen from unlocked vehicles parked in the 800 block of North 74th Street between 9:30 p.m. July 24 and 5:45 a.m. July 25.

17Personal property was stolen from four unlocked vehicles parked in a driveway in the 7000 block of Milwaukee Avenue between 11 p.m. July 24 and 6:30 a.m. July 25.

18Personal property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 2300 block of North 70th Street between 6 p.m. July 24 and 7 a.m. July 25.

19Loose change was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 2300 block of North 70th Street between 6:30 p.m. July 24 and 7:51 a.m. July 25.

20Property was stolen from an unlocked gray 2012 Chevrolet Equinox while parked in the 2000 block of North 70th Street between 12 and 8 a.m. July 25.

21Loose change and a pair of iPhone earbuds were stolen from a Honda Odyssey while parked in a driveway in the 1800 block of North 70th Street between 11 p.m. July 24 and 5 a.m. July 25.

22A woman's wallet was stolen from her unlocked Toyota SUV while parked in the 1800 block of North 70th Street between 10 p.m. July 24 and 6 a.m. July 25. Her debit card was used later to make fraudulent purchases.

23An unknown suspect vandalized, broke into and stole a laptop computer from a man's car while parked at Currie Park Golf, 3535 N. Mayfair Road, between 12:30 p.m. and 2:10 p.m. July 25.

24A woman's car was vandalized and broken into while parked at 3333 North Mayfair Road between 12:30 and 3 p.m. July 25. A bag of CDs was stolen.

25Unknown suspects broke the front passenger window of a woman's 2014 Toyota Corolla while it was parked at Wauwatosa West High School, 11400 W. Center St., between 1 and 3:48 p.m. July 25. Nothing was stolen.

26Unknown suspects broke the rear passenger window of a woman's Hyundai Sonata while parked in at Wauwatosa West High School, 11400 W. Center St., between 1 and 3:48 p.m. July 25.

27A woman reported her cellphone was stolen while she was working at Red Lobster, 2801 N. Mayfair Road, at 7:28 p.m. July 25.

28A woman reported retail theft and attempted fraud at Walgreens, 2275 N. Mayfair Road, at 8:14 p.m. July 25 on a male suspect.

Drug offenses

29A man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at the outdoor seating at Starbucks Coffee, 1417 Wauwatosa Ave., at 2:18 a.m. July 22.

30A man was arrested for drug possession in the parking lot of Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 6:23 p.m. July 22.

Drunken driving

31A man was arrested for drunken driving at North 68th Street and West Lloyd Street at 1:26 a.m. July 21. His blood alcohol content was 0.19.

32A woman was arrested for drunken driving on Swan Boulevard and Menomonee River Parkway at 5:48 p.m. July 21.

33A man was arrested for drunken driving after crashing into a streetlight, two trees, and two buildings, in the 7200 block of North Ave., at 12:27 a.m. July 24.

34A man was arrested for drunken driving after he was found asleep in the driver's seat on Underwood Parkway and West Bluemound Road at 1 a.m. July 26.

Vandalism

35An unknown suspect used a blunt object to break the lock off the northern abandoned Eschweiler building, 9722 Watertown Plank Road, at 10:10 p.m. July 21.

Disorderly conduct

36A man was arrested for urinating at a bus stop in the 2200 block of North 60th Street at 9:30 a.m. July 22.

37A juvenile at Carmelite Home for Boys, 1214 Kavanaugh Place, was arrested for spitting on a staff member during a verbal confrontation at 9:23 a.m. July 22.

38A man was arrested for obstructing an officer during a disorderly conduct complaint at Pick 'n Save, 6950 W. State St., at 6:20 p.m. July 23.

39A man was arrested in the 10700 block of W. Capitol Drive for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 4:56 p.m. July 24.

40A man was arrested for resisting arrest and obstruction after a noise complaint in the 6100 block of West State Street at 3:24 a.m. July 26.
