Jefferson Elementary

The Harvest Party will take place at 5 p.m. Oct. 5 and will include free activities such as the Adventure Rock 25-foot climbing wall and inflatables.

Lincoln Elementary

Pizzeria Piccola, 7606 W. State St., will donate a portion of profits and tips from dine-in and carry-out orders to the school's PTO on Oct. 7.

Longfellow Middle

The activity center at Longfellow will be open to those in grades seven and eight from 7 to 9 p.m. Oct. 5.

Roosevelt Elementary

Jake's 14th Blood Drive, sponsored by the Aldrich family in memory of Roosevelt student Jake Aldrich, will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 6 at the school .

Wauwatosa Catholic

Fifth- through eighth-grade students will participate in their first service-learning project of the school year Oct. 5. They will help create flowers for the Alzheimer's Association Memory Garden at Mount Mary.

Wauwatosa East High

The students will launch the rockets they designed and built, collecting data so they can compare their actual rocket performance with the performance predicted using NASA's RocketModeler III software.

Wauwatosa West High

Students in Aerospace Engineering class designed and built rockets and will launch them at Underwood Elementary between 12:30 and 2 p.m. Oct. 5.

Wilson Elementary

Wilson/WSTEM principal's coffee is slated to take place at 9 a.m. Oct. 9.
