Police Reports: April 22

ROBBERY

1A man attempted to rob Pizza Hut, 517 Glenview Ave., at 9:17 p.m. April 15. He was armed with a black, semi-automatic-style handgun.

2Two males robbed women in a driveway in the 2500 block of North 84th Street at 10:30 p.m. April 18. One of them had a handgun.

BURGLARY

3The rear installation door was forced open at Best Buy, 2421 N. Mayfair Road, at 3:52 p.m. April 14. In addition, glass was broken on an interior door. It was not known at the time of the report if anything was stolen.

4Someone broke into Aemilian Preschool, 4515 N. Mayfair Road, between 3 p.m. April 15 and 9 a.m. April 17 to steal payments from the payment box. There are no suspects.

5A person unlocked a residence and took a purse from the kitchen table in the 2600 block of 89th Street between 1:30 and 4:45 p.m. April 16. It is believed that an acquaintance committed the crime.

6A man was arrested for prying open a locked door at St. Camillus, 10100 W. Bluemound Road, at 4:24 a.m. April 17. Nothing was taken.

THEFT

7Items valued at $340 were stolen from a car in the 4700 block of North 103rd Street between 9:30 p.m. April 10 and noon April 16.

8A man was arrested for stealing about $54 worth of steaks from Metcalfe's Market, 6700 W. State St., at 3:46 p.m. April 13.

9A juvenile was arrested for stealing $200 sunglasses from Sunglass Hut at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 4:53 p.m. April 13.

10Someone attempted to steal a vehicle parked at Lutheran Home for Aging, 7500 W. North Ave., about 10 a.m. April 14.

11A man stole items from The Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St., at 1:51 p.m. April 14. He was last seen driving a 2012 Dodge Avenger.

12A man stole merchandise from GNC, 12132 W. Capitol Drive, about 6 p.m. April 14.

13A man stole about $600 worth of merchandise from The Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St., about 8:40 p.m. April 14.

14A man was arrested for stealing Bose headphones, worth $300, from the Apple Store at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 2 p.m. April 15.

15A man stole an iPhone from Noodles & Company, 12132 W. Capitol Drive, at 1:35 p.m. April 16.

16Suspects entered an unlocked residence at 12323 West Dearbourn Ave. and stole a laptop from the upstairs bedroom between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. April 17.

17A man was arrested for stealing $240 worth of merchandise from Sunglass Hut at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 4:11 p.m. April 17.

18A man was arrested for stealing gas from BP Gas Station, 12324 W. North Ave., about 7:30 p.m. April 17.

19A male attempted to steal five bottles of vodka from Metcalfe's Market, 6700 W. State St., about 6:54 p.m. April 18. He fled when confronted.

20A man open his sister's car while it was parked in the Hart's Mill parking lot, 7735 Harwood Ave., between 7 p.m. April 18 and 12:20 a.m. April 19 and stole property from inside it.

21A man attempted to break into a 2004 Dodge Intrepid by damaging the door lock while it was parked in a lot at 9440 W. Congress St. about 4:35 p.m. April 19.

22A man was arrested for stealing a bicycle, worth $170, from Kmart, 3201 N. Mayfair Road, about 6:45 p.m. April 19.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

23A man was arrested for drunken driving in the 8400 block of Ravenswood Circle at 2:42 a.m. April 13. He was unable to take a breath test.

24A man was arrested for drunken driving in the parking lot of George Webb's, 7410 W. State St., at 5:15 a.m. April 15. A breath test indicated a BAC of 0.09.

25A woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 10600 block of Underwood Parkway at 3:07 a.m. April 16. A breath test indicated her blood-alcohol content was 0.20.

26A woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 1200 block of North 68th Street at 12:23 a.m. April 17. A breath test indicated a BAC of 0.03.

27A man was arrested for drunken driving after fleeing from a rollover crash in the 7100 block of West North Avenue at 2:02 a.m. April 18. He refused to take a breath test.

28A man was arrested for drunken driving in the 9500 block of West Bluemound Road about 10 p.m. April 18. A breath test indicated a BAC of 0.09.

VANDALISM

29A window was broken at the Milwaukee County Parks building at Madison Park, 9800 W. Glendale Ave., between 2 and 6 p.m. April 12. Damage is estimated at $400.

OTHER

30A male was arrested for disorderly conduct at Carmelite Home for Boys, 1214 Kavanaugh Place, at 10:41 a.m. April 15.

31A man was arrested for arson at Family Options Counseling, 3015 N. 114th St., at 1:06 p.m. April 17. Damage is estimated at $5,000.

32A man called CVS Pharmacy, 7520 W. Bluemound Road, at 1 p.m. April 18 threatening to blow up the pharmacy "if his demands were not met."
