A TIP OF THE HAT

To the Tosa Blue AKA Dynamite squad in the Girls U13 Premier soccer league. They are the No. 1 team in the state and are a very talented group of seventh-graders who are coached by John Kowalski. They are 5-1-2 and have scored 20 goals and allowed only seven, ahead of second place Appleton SC Blast and SCU U13G Blue, both tied for second with a 5-2-1 record.

17 Year-old record is broken by the Wauwatosa West girls 200 freestyle relay team. Rachel Stuberg, Anna Larson, Kristianna Klammer and Ellie Krummel had a record-setting performance of 1 minute, 41.36 seconds. The old mark of 1:42.67 was set in 1995 by the relay team of Rene Porter, Jenny Behr, Kristi Behr and Maggie Hevey.
