COME ON SPRING
I am hoping this beautiful spring weather holds up so I can begin seeing some softball, soccer, etc., in the next few weeks. It's amazing how spoiled I could get. When the temperature dropped from the 70s to the 50s I was complaining! Usually when it's 50 this time of the year I break out the shorts. It would be so nice to not have to sit outside and wrap myself with four blankets, a hoodie and a stocking cap while wearing long johns.
16 Returning letter winners for coach Jon Gulrajani's Wauwatosa West girls soccer team this year, one of his largest contingents ever. He feels there will be plenty of competition for the top 11 spots.

This week's Team of the Week is the Wauwatosa West girls track and field squad which won the Chris Wilson Invitational Saturday at Milwaukee Lutheran High School. The Trojans earned a 22-point victory in the seven-team invitational, scoring 117 points to Port Washington's 95 to coast to the victory.
