SHOWDOWN AT WHITMAN II

Wauwatosa East's girls soccer team won a big match when the Red Raiders nipped Wauwatosa West, 2-1, on Friday night. But there is an even bigger match coming up on Tuesday when the Red Raiders host Brookfield Central at 7 p.m. back at Whitman Field with the Greater Metro Conference lead on the line. Coach Lauren Cervero not only has a talented team, but a youthful team as well.

1 Greater Metro Conference Relay Record was racked by the Wauwatosa East girls track and field team on May 2. The distance medley of Claire Gordee, Nicole Kashian, Jordy Schmidt and Natalie Schudrowitz set a new mark by winning in 12 minutes, 34.12 seconds.
