EAST BOYS TRACK COACH

Wauwatosa East's new boys track coach is someone the Red Raiders are familiar with. That's because Tim Reichelt coached the Tosa East jumpers the past three seasons.

Reichelt replaces Jake Wolter, former head football and boys track coach, who took a teaching position at Whitefish Bay last June.

Reichelt is a Waukesha South and a Wisconsin Lutheran College (Educational Studies) graduate who works at Longfellow Middle School in Wauwatosa as an educational assistant. He is a Restorative Practices Supervisor and a PBIS assistant coach.

As an athlete he was a four-year letter winner in track at Waukesha South, qualifying for state twice. He also lettered in football for the Blackshirts. He then went on to play football for four years at Wisconsin Lutheran College and was named special teams captain six times during his career.

He coached football at Tosa East for three seasons, handling outside linebackers as well as being the special teams coordinator for both JV and varsity levels.

He coached at Wisconsin Lutheran College at all of the summer camps, including the High School Player development camp, which was sponsored by the NFL and Army National Guard.

EAST GIRLS SOCCER COACH

They say you can come home again, but Wauwatosa East's Robby Dubinski s just took a roundabout way to get there.

Dubinski grew up in the Tosa School district, attending Lincoln, Longfellow and graduating from Tosa East in 2000. After graduating, he attended UW-Waukesha working on his education degree. He then transferred to UW-Milwaukee for a short time before he switched careers, deciding to get into fire fighting.

He attended MATC's Fire Academy and graduated with a degree in Fire Science. While searching for a job, he was hired at Tosa East as a student supervisor in 2006. He enjoyed getting back in the educational system, so he eventually was hired full time with the district.

Dubinski got involved in soccer as a youngster, playing for the Tosa Kickers at different levels growing up. He played two years of soccer and two years of football for the Red Raiders since the sports fall in the same season. He played on a State Championship soccer team in 1998. He also played a year of soccer at UW-Waukesha before transferring to UWM and eventual starting his coaching career.

He began coaching at Tosa East in the fall of 2001 as boys co-head freshman coach with Jeff Worzella, the current Waukesha North girls soccer coach. Dubinski has been coaching in the boys program for the past 12 years at all three levels and has been the varsity assistant under Eric Dale for four years.

He began coaching Tosa East girls soccer in 2007 as a freshman coach at Tosa East. After two years of coaching freshman in the spring, Dubinski moved up the ladder to the varsity level and joined Worzella at Waukesha North in the spring of 2009.

"After a lot of contemplating, I decided to leave the one school I had been affiliated with my entire life to embark on a new journey with a completely different program," Dubinski said. "During the four years I coached at North we accomplished many goals.

"We took a team that hadn't won a conference game in over eight years and got them two in the first season. We beat a nationally-ranked Division 2 team in Catholic Memorial and won the school's first regional championship in over 20 years."

Dubinski also had an opportunity to coach at U-17 Tosa Kickers club team in the Fall of 2011.

"Even though I was still coaching boys in the fall," he said, "I decided to coach both club and high school at the same time in order for me to continue my coaching relationship with the Tosa girls even though I was coaching in Waukesha."

Dubinski's club season ended this past fall, a few months before being named head girls coach for the Red Raiders.
