On Friday, October 19th, at the opening concert of its 103rd Season, the MAC DOWELL CLUB OF MILWAUKEE named Suzanne Pajunen its 2012 Distinguished Member. The Award was poetically presented by the Club's Corresponding Secretary
Merzy Eisenberg of Whitefish Bay. It cited the many contributions Sue has made - musically and organizationally - in her two decades of service on the Board of Directors.
A Wauwatosa pianist, organist and accompanist, Sue holds a B.A. in Piano Performance/Pedagogy
and a M.M. in Music Education. She teaches piano and music courses, is an adjudicator
for National Guild of Piano Teachers/American College of Musicians and Wisconsin Federation of Music Clubs.
Sue is also an active member of the Harmony Club of Milwaukee, Associated Piano Teachers of Milwaukee, American College of Musicians - MGPT,
the Waukesha Music Study Club and a patroness of Sigma Alpha Iota.
