Waterstone Mortgage Corporation Adds 25 Employees in April 2013

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation is pleased to announce that 25 new employees joined the company in April 2013. The addition of these new employees allows the fast growing mortgage company to strengthen its resources and continue to provide its customers with superior service and quick turnaround times.

Notable new hires include:

Dan Gitzlaff – Dan joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as a Subservicing/Interim Servicing Manager. He has over 20 years of experience in mortgage servicing, and was previously employed at BMO Harris Bank.

Dave Duran – Dave joined the Maple Grove, Minnesota branch as a Senior Loan officer. He has over 17 years of mortgage industry experience, and was previously employed at BNC National Bank.

Deniz Nouri – Deniz joined the Gilbert, Arizona office as a Senior Mortgage Consultant. He has over 12 years of loan origination experience and was previously employed with Peoples Mortgage Company. Deniz is a proud Arizona State University graduate.

Ed Wentzel – Ed joined the Winter Park, Florida branch as a Senior Mortgage Advisor. He has over 25 years of industry experience, and was previously employed with SunTrust Mortgage. In addition to originating mortgage loans, Ed is actively recruiting loan originators to join the exciting and dynamic team at Waterstone Mortgage.

Jerry Riggleman – Jerry joined the Lancaster, Pennsylvania office as a Senior Loan Officer. He has over 13 years of industry experience, and was previously employed with a local bank. Jerry has received numerous sales production awards and has built a reputation for excellence in effectively analyzing customer needs.

Joyce Ho – Joyce joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as an IT Project Manager. She has over 16 years of financial industry experience, with an extensive background in management and supporting core banking and e-banking products. Joyce was previously employed with Fiserv.

Karen Vercauteren – Karen joined the Green Bay, Wisconsin office as a Loan Officer. She has over 20 years of financial industry and customer service experience, and was previously employed with Brown County.

Karen Zendels-Hagen – Karen joined the Winter Park, Florida office as a Senior Loan Advisor. She has over 17 years of industry experience, and previously owned her own business in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Kimberly Swanson – Kimberly re-joined Waterstone Mortgage at the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as an Underwriter II. She has over 22 years of mortgage industry experience, and was previously employed at Associated Bank.

Paul Muxworthy – Paul joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as an Underwriter III. He brings over 13 years of experience to his role, and was previously employed at Associated Bank.

Regin Evans – Regin joined the Scottsdale, Arizona branch of Waterstone Mortgage as a Senior Mortgage Banker. He has over 10 years of industry experience, and was previously employed with Peoples Bank. Regin is focused on efficiency, honesty, accessibility, attention to detail and keeping current with the ever-changing mortgage industry.

Samantha Buschman – Samantha joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. She was previously employed at SEEK Careers/Staffing.

Trish Theoharris – Trish joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as a Quality Control Specialist II. She has over 21 years of industry experience, and was previously employed with MGIC.

VirLynda Cantoral – VirLynda joined the Green Bay, Wisconsin office as a Loan Officer. She has 8 years of customer service experience, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
