ActionCOACH of Elm Grove clients recognized in New Orleans

Elm Grove, WI – Brilliance Business Solutions of Milwaukee and Swick Technologies of New Berlin have been named winners at the 2014 Business Excellence Awards, which was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana on Friday, January 31, 2014.

Brilliance won the award for “Best Ecommerce Business” in 2013 and Swick won the award for “Fastest Growing Company” in 2013. Dave Steffen, business coach for Brilliance, said “I am extremely happy for Lori [President & CEO] and the team at Brilliance Business Solutions. She works very hard at working ON her business, rather than IN it, which is a guiding principle of ownership.”

Tom Palzewicz, Partner at ActionCOACH of Elm Grove and business coach for Swick, said “Gary [President] and Isaac [Director of Technology] have consistently shown their customers great follow up and follow through. Their tremendous growth is a testament to their team, process and leadership they exhibit on a day-to-day basis. In the last five years they have created a great culture and a consistent approach to problem solving that the market has responded to.”

The Business Excellence Awards honor the “best of the best” results in small and medium-sized business from around the world, and showcases exceptional results for business owners, entrepreneurs, their teams and their companies. The Business Excellence Forum and Awards are sponsored by ActionCOACH Business Coaching, the world’s number one business coaching firm.
