Loft 24 is a unique & creative party, meeting & event rental space in Downtown Oconomowoc, Wisconsin welcoming a variety of guests for a range of uses as diverse as its design.

Loft 24 is the perfect place to celebrate anything! A long awaited addition to Oconomowoc! A creative space for anyone to host parties, workshops, community meet ups & even brainstorming sessions and Pop Up Shops!

Loft 24 is all about throwing a great party & since the room is fully furnished with an eclectic mix of vintage & unique pieces, there’s no need for rentals! And with all the colors and decorations, there’s no need to form a decorating committee. Instead, put your effort into cool invitations, selecting party favors, making that select guest list and picking out the tunes.

With minimal need to rent anything, keeping down those pesky rental fees and staffing hours it takes to load-in and set-up, we have 2 very reasonable rental options and an a la carte menu to accommodate all your needs. Loft 24 can be rented out by the hour or for an entire day.

We look forward to meeting you at our Grand Opening on March 21st!
