July 25, 2014

Soothe your soul for a weekend yoga retreat.

Join Soul On Yoga in Door County, WI as we dive deeper in our yoga practice, get in tune with nature, head on day excursions, wine taste here and there, and indulge in exquisite farm to table dinners! It's too good to be true!

About

Calling all yogis, live music fanatics, foodies, and water lovers...

The weekend of August 22nd-24th, we will be exploring Door County peninsula’s scenery from the comfort of a kayak, feet in the sand, and the hiking trails of Peninsula State Park. We will be testing our balance (and play skills) on our stand up paddle boards. You’ll be wine tasting and participating in a complimentary cooking class. Hans Christian will be providing live music for our outdoor Vino and Vinyasa class at Stone's Throw Winery. And yes, we will be vinyasa-ing, water-sporting, meditating, bonfiring, and vino-ing.

Local chef, Scott McEvoy, will be spoiling us with a welcoming night paella dinner and 'GPS' catered lunches. Local Chef Mitch, will be cookin' up some fresh, local, nutritious food served via outdoor picnic-table style Farm To Table dinner. (Think: twinkle lights, picnic tables, decadent spreads, down-to-earth gather style). Mitch will also be conducting a cooking class.

It's going to be absolutely scrumptious, irresistible, and fun... let’s get BLISSFULLY FULL (in more ways than one)!
