Capuchin Friar Perry McDonald spoke to 80 high school juniors from St. Bernard, Christ King and St. Pius X Catholic Churches Sunday, November 2nd. The students held a food drive for the House of Peace’s Holiday Food Box campaign. Over 120 boxes were filled by the students and their teachers. These boxes will each feed a family of five for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Fr. Perry led all of the students in a prayer of blessing on the food boxes. The House of Peace is a Capuchin ministry that serves the poor in Milwaukee's central city. www.HouseOfPeaceMilwaukee.org
