NINTH ANNUAL “PANCAKES WITH MOM”
ALL YOU CAN EAT PANCAKE BREAKFAST
MOTHER’S DAY, SUNDAY MAY 8, 2011
The Wauwatosa Crime Stoppers is hosting its Ninth Annual Pancakes with Mom on Sunday May 8, 2011 at the Muellner Building in Hart Park, 7300 Chestnut Street in the City of Wauwatosa. They will be serving from 8:00am until 12:00pm, and everything on the menu is all you can eat including: pancakes, Klement's sausage, fresh fruit and Starbucks Coffee, as well as other items.
Advance tickets are available at the Little Read Book located at 7603 W. State Street and U Turn Consignment Boutique located at 6905 W. North Avenue in Wauwatosa; $6.00 for adults, $3.00 for children 3 and older. You may also purchase tickets at the door on the day of the event.
All proceeds will benefit the Wauwatosa Crime Stoppers which is a citizen volunteer board that will pay rewards of up to $1,000.00 for anonymous tips that lead to the arrest of persons who have committed a crime in the City of Wauwatosa. The Crime Stoppers do not receive any funding from Federal, State or Municipal tax dollars; all money paid out comes from cash donations and the fund raising efforts of the board.
From 2005 through 2010 the Wauwatosa Crime Stoppers have received 80 separate tips that resulted in 42 arrests and solved 30 crimes. As a result the Wauwatosa Crime Stoppers have disbursed over $7,000 in cash rewards.
