Attorney Natalie Fleury to speak on Conflict Resolution

Natalie C. Fleury, J.D. will be presenting "Will Work for Resolution: Communication Tips for Dealing with Conflicts" at the Nov. 12 meeting of American Association of University Women. The program will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Sunset Playhouse, 800 Elm Grove Road, Elm Grove.
Fleury, of Wauwatosa, is Program Coordinator for Dispute Resolution at Marquette Law School and an Adjunct Professor of Law. She also oversees all aspects of Marquette University Law School’s nationally ranked dispute resolution program and supervises the Small Claims Mediation clinic.
Fleury is the principal of Conflict Management Concepts, LLC, a dispute resolution consulting firm offering mediation and arbitration services, negotiation and mediation training, dispute resolution systems design and dispute resolution program development.
Her professional experience includes training, compliance work, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution systems design for clients such as DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company and the Better Business Bureau. Fleury also worked with the Milwaukee Foreclosure Prevention Initiative to design and implement the Milwaukee Foreclosure Mediation Program, which she supervised from July 2009 – February 2012.
Earning her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, she also received her Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Marquette University.
Fleury currently serves as Chair of the Wisconsin State Bar Section Leader’s Council, is a past- chair of the Wisconsin State Bar's Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, past co-chair of the Association for Conflict Resolution's Consumer Section, a member of the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section and serves as a volunteer member of the Board of Directors of the Friends of Hoyt Park and Pool in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
