Kesslers Introduces The Swan Collection of Rings, Pendants

June 16, 2016

Kesslers Diamonds has introduced “The Swan Collection” by Monica K — a signature brand of rings and pendants that celebrate loyalty and commitment as exemplified by the bond of the swan.

“The swan love story embodies beauty, strength, elegance and loyalty — just like the love of many of our customers,” said Monica Kessler, who designed the collection.

Monica, who as a daughter of Kesslers Diamonds founder Richard Kessler grew up in the business, was always impressed with how customers celebrated special moments in their lives with jewelry.

“I’ve always sensed an energy in our stores that is created by the excitement people have for those special moments, and how the right ring or pendant can sustain that excitement for a lifetime,” she said.

In planning the new collection, Monica found further inspiration in the mating habits of swans.

“They find one mate for life; I love that commitment, and saw it as the perfect symbol for the design,” she said. The classic image of two swans beak-to-beak, their necks forming the shape of a heart, marks The Swan Collection by Monica K.

“It’s a picture of elegance, beauty and a lifetime of love — which is exactly what our new collection portrays,” Monica said. “Some people see the swans first and some see the heart shape first, but they all sense the unending love the swans have for each other.”

Monica called the collection’s design classic and timeless. The sides of every Swan Collection ring and pendant feature Kessler 81 diamonds, which have 24 additional facets than a traditional diamond cut, adding sparkle and brilliance.

Examples of the collection can be seen at any of the seven Kesslers Diamonds or at www.kesslersdiamonds.com. Monica plans to expand the collection.

She got her start in the business when she was just 6 years old, handing balloons to children of customers. She later became a Kesslers merchandise photographer — a job that fueled her passion for jewelry. Radio listeners will likely have heard her voice in Kesslers Diamonds ads where she joins her father in announcing specials or sharing their knowledge of diamonds.
