Jessica Chepp, daughter of Jeffery and Marjorie Chepp of Wauwatosa, received the title of Miss Czech/Slovak Wisconsin State Princess at the annual Czech/Slovak Festival in Phillips, WI. Jessica competed with other young women from around the state for the title. Competition consisted of answering questions about the Czech and Slovak republics, performing a talent (playing viola) and modeling a kroj (traditional Slovak costume) which was made by her mother and embroidered by herself. Jessica is currently studying civil engineering at UWM.
