Waterstone Mortgage Corporation Adds 29 Employees in October 2012

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation is pleased to announce that 29 new employees joined the company in October 2012. The addition of these new employees allows the fast growing mortgage company to strengthen its resources and continue to provide its customers with superior service and quick turnaround times.

Notable new hires include:

Craig Knabe - Craig joined the Hartland, Wisconsin branch as a Loan Officer. As a small business owner, he brings strong retail and customer service skills to his new position.

Deanna Stever – Deanna joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as a Compliance Specialist II. She has 8 years of legal and compliance experience, and was previously employed with Stark Investments. She has served on the Drought School Board for 9 years.

Jacqueline Allen – Jacqueline joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as a Closer. She has 10 years of industry experience, and was previously employed with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Jessie Bunkoske – Jessie joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as a Recruiting Assistant. She has 4 years of sales and administrative experience, and was previously employed with Slumberland Furniture.

Kattie Bourdo – Kattie joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as an Operations Specialist. She has over 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and has held various positions including Underwriter, Processing Manager, and Quality Control Manager. Kattie was previously employed with Genworth Financial.

Kim Lavora – Kim joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as a Secondary Lock Desk Associate. She has over 15 years of accounting experience, and was previously employed with Radio Entercom.

Rick Kunzer – Rick joined the Indianapolis, Indiana branch as a Mortgage Consultant. He has over 18 year of industry experience, and was previously employed with Exterior Home Improvement and The Meridian Mortgage Group, LLC.

Stephanie Worley – Stephanie joined the Garden City, Idaho branch as a Loan Partner I. She has 1 year of industry experience, and was previously employed with First National Bank of Layton.

Stephanie Ziebell – Stephanie joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as the Assistant General Counsel. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law, where she served on the Toledo Law Review. Stephanie was previously employed with JP Morgan Chase.

Tammy Helminiak – Tammy joined the corporate office in Pewaukee, Wisconsin as a Loan Processor III. She has 36 years of industry experience, and was previously employed at Mortgagelt, Inc.

Tanya Stroik – Tanya joined the Germantown, Wisconsin branch as a Loan Partner I. She has 20 years of mortgage banking experience, and was previously employed with Guaranty Bank Home Equity.

Trace Hawthorne – Trace joined the Hudson, Wisconsin branch as a Senior Loan Originator. He has over 17 years of mortgage origination experience, with an emphasis on FHA, VA, and First Time Homebuyer Programs, and serves clients in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
