ActionCOACH of Elm Grove adds additional staff with unprecedented growth

Dec. 18, 2015

ActionCOACH of Elm Grove has added additional staff due to unprecedented growth. Todd Ruedt, business coach, and Max Palzewicz, business catalyst, joined the business coaching firm earlier this month.

Tom Palzewicz, Managing Partner of ActionCOACH of Elm Grove, said, “We are pleased to announce the addition of both Todd and Max to our growing team. Todd’s experience as a business owner, coupled with his passion for growing people, will serve him well as our newest business coach. Max’s experience as an accountant for the past three years will give us and our clients a deeper insight into the tracking and use of the numbers of business. We are proud to welcome both to our team as we continue to stay focused on our vision of adding 1,000 jobs a year in Southeastern Wisconsin by 2019.”

With offices in Elm Grove, Pewaukee and downtown Milwaukee, ActionCOACH of Elm Grove has worked with hundreds of business owners to take their companies from good to great, employing customized strategies and processes developed by ActionCOACH, the world’s largest business coaching firm. The addition of Palzewicz and Ruedt, both working out of the firm’s Elm Grove corporate headquarters, brings their total staff level to fourteen people, including nine business coaches.

Ruedt said, “As a business coach, I feel that my deep roots in the Brookfield community, and my 30 years of experience in the landscape services industry, will allow me to help our local business owners envision and obtain their personal dreams by learning how to create the time and money from their business to achieve them.”

Max Palzewicz has an accounting degree from UW-Eau Claire, intends to complete his certification as a CPA within the first quarter of 2016, and add a Certified Management Accountant professional credential within the year. As a business catalyst, he will help ActionCOACH clients better understand their financial statements, monitor their cash flow, identify key performance indicators, and bolster their valuations.

Palzewicz continued, “My commitment to ActionCOACH and its culture has been hereditary and unconditional since my father, Tom Palzewicz, and uncle, Jim Palzewicz bought into the franchise in 2004. It feels natural that I align my professional ambitions with the number one business coaching franchise in the world. I intend to accelerate organic growth within our clients and community by educating business owners on their valuation, what it means, and what strategies they can take to improve their financial worth.”

“My vision is to be the trusted advisor that unlocks the quality of life that every business owner deserves, by allowing their greatest asset, their business, to provide for them, their families, and their future generations,” said Max Palzewicz.

ActionCOACH of Elm Grove has won multiple awards recognizing individual coaches and its overall team performance, both from ActionCOACH’s international headquarters and from local business organizations. Most recently, they were named the Global Firm of the Year at the ActionCOACH global conference held in Bali in August. This significant award was presented by Brad Sugars, Founder and Chairman of ActionCOACH Business Coaching.
